What Can You Do With A Vacuum Press?

A vacuum system is the ideal solution for dozens of applications. It can be used for vacuum clamping, vacuum chucking, and of course, veneering. Here's what vacuum press builders are doing:

  • Antique veneer restoration
  • Skateboards (building and veneering)
  • Carbon fiber work
  • Auto dash boards
  • Wet-forming leather
  • Curved stairway stringers

  • Hi-Fi speakers
  • Photo and art mountings
  • Screen printing
  • Bleeding automotive brake lines
  • Drums, pianos, violins, guitars and other instruments
  • Vacuum infusion
  • Flooring medallions and inlay
  • Radio controlled airplane/gliders

"Just wanted to let you know that the Vac-Pro Plus units I bought from you are fantastic. I don't use them for veneer work. I'm a wildland firefighter in California and use the Vac Pro to remove air from our fire hose to make it more compact when we put it in napsacks to carry it up the hill to the forest fires. In the past we've used Shop Vacs and hand pumps for the same job. They sucked; but not the way we wanted them to. The Vac-Pro has revolutionized the process and has allowed us to become more effective at supressing the fires and saving the trees that may someday become veneer to be used on one of your projects. An interesting relationship I think."
